Why is shipping so expensive?

 

At Nocturnal Soap Co., we strive to get you the best shipping rate while also ensuring that your products arrive in good condition. Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout, but we do look to see if we can get your items into a box that costs less to ship.

In cases where we can pack and send your items using a better shipping option, we will notify you that there will be a partial refund for the shipping difference charged at checkout.

 

I entered the wrong address! What should I do?!

 

CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY!

If your package has NOT been shipped yet, please use the Contact Us page to get in touch with our Customer Service team as soon as possible so we can update the address on your order.

If the order has already been shipped, we unfortunately will not be able to change the address since it is already in transit. As the customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that the address used is correct.

In the event that your order undeliverable and is returned to us by the post office, we will be glad to re-send your order with the correct address but we will have to send an invoice for the shipping before we send your order out again.
